Turin Bicycle. Heritage reimagined.

For Turin Bicycle, I developed a fully integrated campaign designed to carry an iconic brand into the future while honoring its legacy. The project spanned a complete brand and website redesign, rooted in Turin’s history and expertise, and translated that foundation across a coordinated social, email, and digital strategy.

By aligning storytelling, design, and channel execution, the campaign sparked renewed relevance and momentum, driving an 458% increase in digital engagement, reaching more than 9,000 people per month, and contributing to a 24% increase in revenue since launch.

BRAND RE-DESIGN

Turin Bicycle had a rich history, but its visual identity was inconsistent and fragmented across touchpoints. My work focused on distilling that legacy into a single, cohesive brand identity. This included simplifying the visual language, unifying color palettes, and refining logo options to create a clear, recognizable system. The result is a brand that honors its heritage while presenting a consistent, modern face across every platform.

WEBSITE RE-BIRTH

The existing website reflected Turin Bicycle’s history but suffered from inconsistent visuals, confusing navigation, and fragmented messaging. I led a full redesign to create a unified digital experience that aligned with the refreshed brand identity. This involved simplifying layouts, standardizing typography and color palettes, and designing a clear, intuitive structure that guided users seamlessly from discovery to purchase. The new site honors the brand’s heritage while providing a modern, user-friendly platform that supports both storytelling and commerce.

EMAIL + SOCIAL

To complement the brand and website redesign, I developed a coordinated email and social media strategy that amplified Turin Bicycle’s reach and engagement. On Instagram, content reached 4,000+ monthly viewers, while email campaigns reached over 8,000 subscribers with an impressive 38% open rate. By aligning messaging, visuals, and storytelling across these channels, we strengthened community engagement, built brand awareness, and drove traffic to the new website, creating a fully integrated digital ecosystem.

IN-STORE + DISPLAY

As a one-person marketing and advertising department, I worked closely with partner brands including Cervélo, Wilier, OPEN, and Logos to produce promotional and informational content for the store. From point-of-sale displays to in-store visuals, I developed materials that highlighted product features, showcased campaigns, and reinforced Turin Bicycle’s refreshed brand identity, creating a cohesive experience for customers both online and in-store.

Growth, Growth, Growth

The integrated campaign drove significant growth across digital channels:

  • Website traffic increased 81% after 2 months and 386% after 6 months.

  • Meta engagement grew 362% after 2 months and 955% after 6 months.

  • Email engagement, starting from zero, quickly expanded to 2,560 subscribers at 2 months and 3,420 at 6 months.
